PEABODY - Jane T. (Howe) (Trotta) Bradford, 92, of Peabody, died early Monday morning at the Rosewood Nursing Home in Peabody following a series of recent hospitalizations with pneumonia. She was the devoted wife of the late Earle A. Bradford and the late Salvatore F. Trotta.

Born and raised in Weymouth, she was the daughter of the late William F and Margaret N. (Hanson) Howe. After marrying her first husband Salvatore, she moved to Pembroke, where she lived for nearly 40 years. She moved to Sandwich on Cape Cod with her second husband, Earle, whom she married several years after the death of Salvatore. She and Earle spent summers in Sandwich and winters in Florida until Earle's passing in 2009. She spent most of the last 9 years living on the North Shore near her son Thomas in Peabody.

Jane enjoyed being with her family and liked gardening, dancing, and traveling, though her favorite endeavor was spending time with her grandchildren and sharing in their activities and accomplishments. Her fun-loving demeanor and enthusiasm for life will be dearly missed.

Jane is survived by her son, Thomas Trotta and his wife Joanne Trotta and her daughter, Tamara and her husband Richard Cubi, her brother William Home, her close companion Ralph Sarno of four years and is also survived by her beloved 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Margaret Kelly.

A private graveside service was held on Thursday May 17 at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne. Arrangements were made by the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St. Peabody.
