The first day of summer is only a few days away, but it sure hasn't felt like the warm season on Cape Cod recently. 

Monday won't be any different. 

The National Weather Service predicts a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 10 a.m. around the Cape area today. There will also be fog through the mid-afternoon. 

Otherwise, it will be a mostly cloudy day with a high near 73. A southwest wind will blow 15 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 32 mph. 

Tonight, expect showers with a possibility of thunderstorms in the wee hours. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain and frequent lightning. The low will be around 67.

It will be a breezy night with a south wind 17 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 34 mph. 

Tuesday will also feature a mix of clouds and showers with a high temp near 75.    Here's what the rest of the week looks like
